Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, please select Local pickup at check out. To request pick-up time please leave your requested pick up time in the Order Notes at checkout or email us, we will confirm pick up time by email or phone. Please note we require 1 business day to have your order ready for pickup.

Do you provide rush services?

For an additional charge rush orders can be placed. All other orders received by 11:00 am CST will be ready for local pickup by noon the same day or shipped within 2 business days. Please email us for rush shipping inquiries and we would be happy to help you the best we can!

Do you ship outside Canada?

For orders outside Canada, please contact us at orders@basketfull.ca to receive a shipping quote. We are happy to ship anywhere in the world!

How do I include a greeting card with my order?

We can include a greeting card with your order, when ordering online you can include the message on your item and we can write the message inside for you if you wish. If you add a specific greeting card to your cart, we can write the message in the card before shipping the gift to the recipient, just add to your notes when adding the greeting card to your cart!

Do you support local businesses?

Yes, we always support local businesses when possible. We carry as much Canadian produced items as possible and look for new entrepreneurs regularly. To request a company or if you are interested in having your products sold in our shop, please email info@basketfull.ca.

What methods of payment do you accept?

In-Store we accept cash, cheque (upon approval), Debit, Visa and MasterCard, and Interac E-transfer. Online we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What is your refund policy?

Gift baskets are non refundable. Visit our Terms & Conditions page for more information on returns. Please contact directly for further questions on refunds.

Will any products be substituted?

For gift baskets, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal value, quality or type.We also may contact you to confirm the swap.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, please contact orders@basketfull.ca with your order and details.Please note that due to some remote locations the service may take longer or have additional charges.

What if I need to order a bulk quantity of gift baskets?

For our corporate clients who are buying large quantities of gift baskets at once, bulk discounts are available. Please email info@basketfull.ca to discuss your needs.We require more lead time for large orders.We recommend bulk order submissions a minimum of 6-12 weeks prior to the desired delivery date.This enables us to give our suppliers the necessary time to get their products to us.

Can you guarantee exact delivery times or dates?

No, we can not guarantee exact delivery dates/times, but we will ship your gift with every effort (In accordance with Canada Post Transit time) for your gift to arrive on or as close to the preferred delivery date as possible.
